Individual Counseling
One-on-one counseling services where we examine ongoing issues in your life and relationships. In individual counseling, you will be challenged to see yourself in a new light by examining how your actions and patterns serve you in unexpected ways and how those same actions and patterns may be creating unwanted problems.

Couples and Family Counseling
Counseling services centered around the relational dynamics and patterns with your spouse/partner and family members. In couples and family counseling, you will be challenged to develop new ways of relating to one another by exploring the aspects of your relational system which are creating the most difficulty.

TA-RPG Group Counseling
Group counseling services utilizing therapeutically-applied tabletop roleplaying games (TA-RPGs). In TA-RPG group counseling, you will have the chance to use your own creativity to embody and work through different elements of your own story. Consultation Services
Non-therapy professional services for businesses, non-profit organizations, religious organizations, or other groups. I am available for hire to provide public speaking and training services about the role of mental health issues in relation to your organization, psychoeducation and counselor education services, or team-building services using tabletop roleplaying games.

*For individual and couples and family counseling, our first session will be 75 minutes long and cost $25 more than the listed rate.
